Medicine for the Mind

One of the greatest ways to relieve tension in the muscles of the mind is a good walk. If you have a knot in your thoughts, massage it out by stepping outside and putting one foot in front of the other. Watch as the tension slowly releases, giving way to clarity and content.

PS For me it usually happens about 30 minutes in.

  • been walking much more jaymes and it does make me feel better..times have been rough and as I walk I find myself looking up at the sky and talking to the clouds,the birds anything that can make me feel closer to grams seems to be up there in that beautiful big open sky~~Its weird its like when I get out in the fresh air and take a deep breath I almost feel lighter and just better~~love you!!
